Somatic Psychotherapy Trainings
Touch in Psychotherapy Essential Skills Training
This five-day training is designed to give licensed psychotherapists, associates, and trainees a practical understanding of the use of touch in psychotherapy, in a way that is clear, accessible and directly applicable to a psychotherapeutic practice.
The training is highly experiential, focusing on the clinical application of touch, movement, and verbal interventions to access, process, and transform psycho-somatic material. The training is limited to six participants in order to ensure personal attention to the learning process.
Due to the nature of this training (small cohorts), I schedule them upon request. Once a group of six students come together, dates will be set. Students are encouraged to reach out to friends they would want to study and trade sessions with. The class formate is brief lecture, demo, three practice sessions, Q&A.

At the Center is the Heart Training
In this course, we will explore physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual manifestations of the heart. You will learn techniques for stress and mood management; develop somatic skills for increased therapeutic presence, body-tracking and intuition; and develop hands-on skills for working with somatic manifestations fo psychological material.
