Refund Policies
Workshops:
Thirty-Day Cancellation: Credit towards a future workshop or refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee) will be provided when notice of cancellation is received by the organizer thirty (30) days prior to the workshop. Credit, but no refund is available if less then 30 days notice is provided.
Somatic Resourcing Training agrees that if a course is cancelled the student will receive 100% refund of tuition. Course registration signifies agreement with the terms of the cancellation policy.
Somatic Resourcing Training:
Thirty-Day Cancellation: By submitting written notice to Somatic Resourcing Training within thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the training, the applicant is entitled to a full refund of all monies paid to SRT, less a $150 cancellation fee.
A student verbally withdrawing from the Somatic Resourcing Training before the end of the first module or submitting written notification within three days after the end of the first module is entitled to a 50% refund of the contract price less a $150 cancellation fee.
A student terminating from the Somatic Resourcing Training after the three (3) day grace period after the end of the first module of the program shall not be entitled to any refund, and shall be obligated to pay the full price of the program, which constitutes the maximum obligation.
Notice of withdrawal must be in writing. All refunds will be paid within thirty (30) days after cancellation, withdrawal or termination.
